What is your return policy?

Since these are custom items, we do NOT accept returns or give refunds. Before putting items into production, we will send you proofs via email or text message which ever you choose.

When can I expect to receive my party favors?

Typically, I like to have designs completed within 24 hours of speaking with you. To ensure your satisfaction, a proof will be provided prior to production. I will begin production of your items after the proofs have been approved and we agree it is to your satisfaction. The turnaround time for your items should be at least a week.
